Week 41 (October 02 – October 08) – MJ’s Running in 2022

Welcome to the forty first week of running for the year 2022.

In today’s fast-paced world, it’s easy to get caught up in the hustle and bustle of our daily lives. We often find ourselves constantly running from one task to another, barely taking a moment to pause and reflect. However, there are times when we need to recognize the importance of slowing down, recharging, and allowing ourselves the luxury of taking a break. In this blog post, we will discuss the significance of stepping back and reflect on the week of October 02 – October 08, during which we embraced the concept of self-care.

In a society that often glorifies busyness, it’s crucial to acknowledge the power of rest. Taking time off to relax and recharge can have a profound impact on our mental, emotional, and physical well-being. The week of October 02 – October 08 served as an opportunity to prioritize self-care and indulge in activities that brought us joy, peace, and tranquility. Whether it was spending quality time with loved ones, enjoying a good book, or simply taking a leisurely walk in nature, these moments of rest were essential in rejuvenating our spirits.

To summarize my weekly running efforts, I ran 0 miles with 0’0” pace, completing 336.4 miles for the year.
