Welcome to the forty second week of running for the year 2022.
October 10: I had a great run today, covering a distance of 3.6 miles. It took me a total of 42 minutes to complete the run. I maintained a steady pace throughout, averaging about 11 minutes and 39 seconds per mile. The weather was pleasant, with a cool breeze that kept me refreshed. I felt strong and energized, and it was a fantastic start to the week of running.
October 12: Today’s run was slightly shorter, with a distance of 3.1 miles. I completed the run in 38 minutes and 7 seconds, maintaining a pace of around 12 minutes and 8 seconds per mile. The weather was a bit warmer compared to my previous run, but I pushed through and kept a steady rhythm. Although it was a shorter distance, I still felt accomplished and satisfied with my performance. It’s important to have a mix of longer and shorter runs to keep my training balanced. Overall, it was another successful run for the week.
To summarize my weekly running efforts, I ran 6.7 miles with 11’57” pace, completing 343.1 miles for the year.
See you next week!
