Dec 29, 2019 – Day 29 of 30-day 100 push-ups 😌😇

Almost there! Just two more days to go for this challenge to finish and I couldn’t be more excited to share the results with you.

Having said that, I also would like to mention that while going for these push-ups, it can be a little bit intimidating, but if you focus on one session/day at a time, your targets become reality and before you even realize, you break new grounds every day.

That is exactly what happened with me and here I am before you telling my story.

Now, talking about this session, you will see in the video, a small buddy joined me today in these push-ups and I had a blast. Though the video does not show the entirety of it, he also cracked in some push-ups with me.

Apart from showing his cute face in the video, we talked about why I am doing this and what happens if I finish it and blah blah blah.

30 Days 100 push-ups progress tracker 🤘🏽

Given that it is one of the last couple days, I am more concerned about finishing up this challenge rather than setting up a new record for myself.

It doesn’t matter how you started, it matters how you finish it.

So, here I am, looking to finish these last couple days quite gracefully. This session was special because of my little friend joining me for push-ups. Talking about my performance, I am okay with 02:25 as the total time taken to finish the 100 push-ups, while cracking 65 push-ups in my first rep itself. I think, cracking 50 push-ups in the first rep is a norm for me by now, and I like it.

So, as simple and plain as that, I cannot wait to share the last session before I update you on the progress. Keep reading!
