If you remember my last session, I talked about how a small setback should not deter you from your goal and you should always focus on the BIG PICTURE. Well, this is the session which is a sweet fruit of that very testament and I am glad I could improve upon it in so many ways.
The single biggest takeaway of this challenge so far has been the mental improvement and bolstering my ability to suffer pain, and encouraging myself to go for one more push-up when my body tells me to give up.

A significant improvement of 40 seconds in the total time taken to finish the 100 push-ups is no small thing and I am proud of that. Apart from this, a big reason to celebrate is that I cracked more than 60 push-ups for the first time since starting this challenge. This was surprising to even myself and was jubilant after this!
Nothing more left to tell the story. Just focus on your breathing technique, right posture, and tell yourself to go for just one more push-up when you are about to give up. That’s the secret!
