Dec 22, 2019 – Day 22 of 30-day 100 push-ups πŸ˜ŽπŸ˜‹πŸ˜‡

Everyone, nothing will be same after today. All the things that we thought we could not do, we can, if we put calculated efforts and some willpower, nothing seems impossible, and today’s feat is an absolute testament of this! 😎

The reason, today stood out for me is that I could crack the 3 minute mark for the first *ever* to finish the 100 push-ups. When I started this challenge almost 3 weeks ago, I did not think in my wildest dreams that I could achieve such an amazing feat, but I did, and the whole credit goes to post workout analysis and finding some important and innovative ways to improve what I already achieved.

So, without further ado, here’s the Time-Lapse video from December 22, 2019.

The video is only 11 seconds long, so you cannot get the whole background picture. But, I think, the couple things that helped me achieve this feat were first finishing more than 50 push-ups in the first rep; Then, reducing the time of the breaks that I took between the reps.

The reason I could take shorter pauses between the reps was that I improved my breathing technique over the period of three weeks, and, finally reaping the fruits of that efforts.

As soon as I realized I cracked the 3-minute mark, I was jubilant and couldn’t contain myself with happiness. It was a good day!

Take care!
