Dec 21, 2019 – Day 21 of 30-day 100 push-ups πŸ˜ŒπŸ˜‡

Hello, everyone! Welcome to the week-3 checkpoint of the 30 days 100 push-ups challenge.

I am excited to share my progress today as we will compare and see the progress I have made over the last three weeks.

Before that, let us talk about today’s effort. If you take a look at the video below, it doesn’t look like I found no difficulty whatsoever to do these 100 push-ups, but still I could not figure out why I stopped at 37 push-ups when I could have gone for more. Well, it might be just my breathing, but I was glad that I took less time to finish my 100 push-ups as compared to the previous attempt!

Check out for yourself.

30 Days 100 push-ups progress tracker 🀘🏽

Now, let us get over with our three-week check-in. The two metrics that we have discussed at mid-month and one-week check-in, as follows.

  • Maximum Push-ups per repetition

I have made significant progress in this area. I still remember the first day when I finished the first 10 push-ups and impressed myself. Little did I know that I will scale that number to 50 one day.

On December 20, I achieved the peak of this metric and I am happy about it. The one thing that I am not happy about is suddenly dropping that number 37. Not good at all, but looking at the big picture, I have made some serious progress, so I should stop being grumpy!

Here’s the graph for maximum push-ups in a single rep till the third week of December 2019.

  • Total time taken for 100 push-ups

I am humbled by looking at these numbers and graphs. I think that is why you must track your progress. Not in my wildest dreams that I imagined I could finish the 100 push-ups in under 5 minutes, let alone 4. This still blows me away. A guy like who never tried doing more than 30 push-ups in his life could finish the 100 push-ups in less than 4 minutes. It feels something to imagine, but again, if you are persistent enough. I think you can achieve everything in life!

With this, I will take your leave. We are at the end of this challenge now and I cannot wait to share the final results with you!

See you soon!
