Wow! It’s been so long I updated about this, so I thought today would be a good day. I will try to be more consistent with updating this.

This session was a groundbreaking for me. I will let you know why after the next section.

Here’s the Time-Lapse video from December 20, 2019.

30 Days 100 push-ups progress tracker 🀘🏽

As you saw in the video and looked at the numbers above, it is clear that I took almost 20 seconds more to finish the 100 push-ups, but for the first time in my life, I could do 50 push-ups without break in one single rep.

It was an out of the world feeling. When I started this challenge, I did not imagine that I could do 50 push-ups in one single rep, so I definitely surprised myself doing those. It was a good way to unravel my emotions and a nice way to almost kick off the two-week Christmas vacation.

I was so looking forward to the holiday season, as I get two weeks every year to think about my future, my goals, and next challenges. I knew this Christmas vacation will be a life changing event for me.

Stay tuned!
