30 Days 100 push-ups progress tracker 🀘🏽

Now, to start off with the first important thing (at least for me) is that I could keep the number of maximum push-ups in a rep constant. I know this is not an improvement, but hey, I did not slack too. So, that’s a positive, right? (well, at least for me)

Now, the more important part about the session was I could break the 4 minute mark this time. It took me only 3 minutes 27 seconds to finish the 100 push-ups. As soon as I was done with the push-ups, I asked my Google Home Mini about the timer and when I heard 3 minutes, I was so relieved.

I think breaking the 4 minute barrier at this point was really crucial to keep the momentum going and to keep motivating myself.
If I would have just gone with no expectations and just did the 100 push-ups, I would not have “progressed” at all. I was glad that I took “some extra” efforts and performed better than the previous day.

Today’s day is going to play a big role in the coming couple of weeks when this challenge will finally come to conclusion.

Wish me luck till then!

See ya!

peace out goodbye GIF
