Hello, everyone. Welcome to one more day of my 30-day 100 push-ups challenge! It feels like forever now, to me! Don’t know when I will be done with these push-ups.
I think we are still a couple weeks away from the finish line, therefore, it feels like dragging a bit. This is where the true temperament is tested. When everyone is down, this is when the champions arise and perform.
Having given that “motivational” statement, it becomes a little hard to motivate yourself after a couple of weeks, so I had to find an innovative way to motivate myself.
The trick is to trick yourself into believing things that you want in life. I will talk more about in some other post, but the gist of the story is believe in what you want to achieve and that thing happens for real. I practice this in my daily life and have gotten everything that I wanted in life.

So, enough with the talk, let us take a look at the Time-Lapse from December 18, 2019 and then we will talk about my performance.

Well, not too many things to talk about in today’s session. I maintained my maximum number of push-ups per rep number to 40. It was a positive thing about my push-ups, and I will take it any day.

The not-so-concerning thing is the total time taken to complete the 100 push-ups. I took 15 seconds more to finish the 100 push-ups as compared to last session. The reason I am not that much concerned about this is because it is just because of lack of enough motivation. I am sure once I approve the final stage of this challenge, I will perform better and come out stronger.

Thanks for sharing Milind. Inspired by your blog, I started doing push ups everyday. Will complete 30 days on the end of this month. Started with no target in mind, but just wanted to get into the habit. Now that it’s part of my routine, will do the 30 day 100 push ups challenge next month 🙂
