Dec 17, 2019 – Day 17 of 30-day 100 push-ups πŸ₯±πŸ‘ŽπŸ½

Welcome, everyone, once again to my 30-day 100 push-ups challenge update!

As you read in the last update here, I slacked a lot. Therefore, I had to make up for the lost time during last session. I think, since, we are in the middle of the month, there is a little lack of motivation and at this point in time, I just want to get done with the 30 days.

The one that you should notice about today’s session is that I did these 100 push-ups at my CrossFit gym, so shoutout to the Hines Park CrossFit for letting me use their gym to record this video. An intense CrossFit bootcamp workout was followed by these push-ups, which, I nailed BTW. 😎 #humblebrag

Before talking about the numbers and the session, let us take a look at the Time-Lapse from December 17, 2019. The most amazing thing that I liked about these push-ups is my posture. I am looking so in the zone while attacking these push-ups. I loved watching this video over and over and over again! And, then some more! 😝#selfobsessed

Here’s the video.

December 17, 2019 100 push-ups 😎

Ok! The first thing you will notice is the high number of breaks! I took too many breaks; This added up at the end taking more time than required. As a result, I took more time than I anticipated, but, better than yesterday, so I won’t be a grumpy kid today! 🀣

Talking about the maximum number of push-ups per rep, I maintained my personal best this time too and reached the 40 push-ups in the first rep without breaking a sweat. I am happy with that!

Here are the numbers.

30 Days 100 push-ups progress tracker 🀘🏽

As you can see, I cut down 21 seconds from the total time taken while maintaining my PB for the maximum number of push-ups. I will take the results in a positive way and work harder towards improving myself more!

Till the next session, take care!
