This was the first day in a long time, I slacked. Getting right to the chase, I took more than a minute to finish my 100 push-ups, keeping the maximum push-ups the same.
It would be a lie if I told you guys that I am not disappointed, but I think, we are at a point where I am in the rhythm and there is a lack of trying new things. Unless I try something new or improved, I will not be able to improve on my current performance. This is the learning from todayβs session.

I think, if you look at the Time-Lapse from December 16, 2019, you will see what I am trying to say here.
Please have a look and I will try to explain what went wrong in this session.
If you looked at the video carefully, you will notice that I took way too many breaks; I am not sure why I did that. May be, I was fatigued, or not motivated enough to go for the 100 push-ups that day.

These things happen when you are on a long journey. Keeping the same momentum is very important and kind of hard. So, I am not going to cry over this one bad performance, as I am more focused about the big picture, which is, finishing up with the 30 days of 100 push-ups and cracking the 3 minute mark for these 100 push-ups.

Having said, this, I should pay more attention next time and try to improve from the previous dayβs performance.
It is a lost cause to look at the numbers, but, for the sake of keeping the records straight, let us check this out.

No surprise there, took more than a minute to accomplish the same goal that I did yesterday. Not good at all. The only positive is keeping my best maximum push-ups the same as they were last time. A little bit of happiness there!
