Riding high on the progress that I have made so far in the first couple of weeks, it was time for me to set the new target in this challenge and try to accomplish that challenge.
I thought about it and told myself let us try to break 3 minutes mark for the 100 push-ups. I know, it sounds quite ambitious as I have not even broken the 4 minute mark yet; But, hey, if I donβt challenge myself, who else will?

Keeping my target in mind, I told myself, before starting todayβs push-ups, let us try to break at least 4 minutes mark. If I could do that, I would be able to get one step closer to my goal.

As far as the maximum number of push-ups are concerned, I knew, with the correct breathing technique and pushing myself a little hard, I could easily achieve the 40 push-ups mark.
If you take a look at the below Time-Lapse from December 15, 2019, you will see how motivated I look while attacking these push-ups.
Looking at the results, I must say, I crushed it. I completed the 100 push-ups in just 3 minutes and 27 seconds. Along with this, I cracked the 40 push-ups in a single rep for the first time, making it my personal best.
I am one happy dude!
