Progress! Progress! Progress! πͺπ½ This one word has been the highlight of my push-ups sessions since the day I experienced my breathing and rep strategy. Looks like it is paying off big time, as I cut down β¬οΈ the time for the 100 push-ups along with increasing π the maximum number of push-ups in a single rep.
Gosh, it feels good to finally see the amazing results of your constant hard work. π

You will find out the numbers in a few minutes β±, but reflecting upon my performance just a few days ago, I am being humbled π to see how a few “correct techniques” can positively affect your body and confidence; It motivates π§πΌββοΈ you to perform better and be the best version of yourself. #motivation #inspiration because, why not!

Now, it is time to check out the Time-Lapse from December 14, 2019. When I started with this attempt, I did not realize I would be able to exceed my goal and crack 04:05 for the 100 push-ups. It was not on my mind, I was just happy π to get better every single day; But, cutting down almost a minute and a half is a huge feat and I am glad I could do it ππ½. Achieving 39 push-ups in a single rep just goes on to show you that with enough practice, you can master anything. π€ I know, I still have half a month to go and you never know what can happen during that time. So, just hope for the best and keep working! π€π½
I am excited to show you the daily progress tracker. ππ½

What an achievement to cut down almost 100 seconds for the 100 push-ups in the span of five days. Trust me, it was not an easy task. π« It was the sweet fruit of a lot of sweat and hard work; And, I am glad, I reached there! πΌ

As this is the mid-month check-in. Let us take a look at a couple graphs and track my overall progress.
- Maximum Push-ups per repetition
I have made tremendous progress in this department. I almost quadrupled 4οΈβ£ my performance in this category.
The first day, I could barely complete 10 push-ups in the first rep; whereas, by the last day of the second week, I increased that number to 39. Isn’t it amazing? 39 push-ups represent my personal best in this category. π
Hereβs the graph for maximum push-ups in a single rep till mid-December 2019.

- Total time taken for 100 push-ups
Last week when I checked my performance in this category, I was not “very” pleased, but, during the second week, I took control of myself and surprised myself with the progress I made. π€
I still remember the first day I started this activity. I took a good 08:25. I cut this down to 06:25 at the end of the first week. Second week is where I could really started improving the speed and took only 04:05 to finish my 100 push-ups. I have more than halved my total time, and I could not be happier. I am so so glad with my performance. πΈ
As promised here’s the graph to showcase my progress.

Ending this week and the post on a high note!
Byeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee!
