With one day to go for the mid-month check-in, I feel good that I am on the right track. Todayβs session was the testimonial of this very fact. Today is the day I started feeling better about myself after starting the 100 push-ups.

You will see in the coming sections how I killed these 100 push-ups. I did not have a specific goal in mind for today. I just wanted to listen to my body and see whatβs it telling me. Turns out, when you do these 100 push-ups for a long time, your body gets used to it; And (wait for it) without you even realizing, it accomplishes the task that you once thought was out of your reach.
Every day, I am fortunate enough to learn new things about myself and the magic of human persistence. #motivation #michaelscott

If you compare todayβs workout with yesterdayβs, you will find that I seem to be more relaxed during todayβs session. The reason behind this, as I already stated, is that I was just doing 100 push-ups without aiming for any goal. Surprisingly, it paid off. IMO, the reason that happened is because my body has built up enough stamina and is ready to take on this challenge quite lightly. I might be wrong, but this is something that I believe in right now.

Take a look at the Time-Lapse from December 13, 2019 and see for yourself. My biceps are getting bigger and am feeling stronger every day. My breaks have dramatically reduced and the number of push-ups have increased for each rep. In the video, you can also see me pushing myself to go for more even when I feel tired.
The point I am trying to make here is that I am in the rhythm right now, and I am pretty sure nothing can stop me right now!
If you looked at the video above, the one thing that I find which needs more improvements is the number of breaks. I think I am capable of cutting down that number, so my next goal is that. Letβs see how it goes.
The numbers part of the post is here. My daily tracker. ππ½

Looking at the tracker above, you can see that I easily cut down 30 seconds from the total time taken for the 100 push-ups and I hit my new personal record of the 35 push-ups in a single rep. This is worth celebrating! #humblebrag

Tomorrow, we will reflect upon my progress in the last two weeks. Its going to be filled with charts and numbers and may be some inspirational and motivational quotes. WHO KNOWS!
