As I told you yesterday, beating your previous record helps you so much you sometimes surprise yourself with the results. This is exactly what happened with me today, and I cannot express how happy I am with it.

I think I paid enough attention to the learnings from the previous session. I got the beat which I needed to last longer during the first rep of the 32 push-ups. I remember as soon as I reached 30 push-ups, my arms were telling me to give up; But, I convinced myself to push for one more push-up and one more after that. This is the reason, I could better previous best of 30 push-ups by a couple more. Felt like a true athlete! π€ͺπ #humblebrag

Few points to note –
- π’ I should push myself like this every single day. It will help me beat my goal and set new ones.πͺπ½
- π’ More focus should be given to posture and my body movement. I am sure it will help me improve further.

Hereβs the Time-Lapse from December 10, 2019. Even though I made some progress compared to yesterday, I think it can be further improved by taking less breaks and I will be able to do that if I further improve my breathing technique.
As usual, the documentation/record tracker is given below. ππ½
| Date | Time | Max Reps. |
| December 01, 2019 | 08:25 | 10 |
| December 02, 2019 | 09:26 | 15 |
| December 03, 2019 | 06:26 | 20 |
| December 04, 2019 | 05:46 | 25 |
| December 05, 2019 | 05:05 | 26 |
| December 06, 2019 | 06:18 | 30 |
| December 07, 2019 | 06:30 | 23 |
| December 08, 2019 | 06:25 | 27 |
| December 09, 2019 | 05:25 | 30 |
| December 10, 2019 | 05:05 | 32 |
Looking at the result above ππ½, you cannot help but inspire yourselves in more ways than you imagine! Cutting down 20 seconds from this session helped me inspire so much that I think I can finally crack down the five-minute barrier. I am so looking forward to it!

Canβt wait to share tomorrowβs progress! Take care!
